Customer Satisfaction, Interprise Suite's New Mantra

Having heard lots of negative comments over forums and discussion boards by few customers who are un-happy with Interprise Suite, either a) their expectation was too high or b) they were not able to use the product correctly...There is no product out there which is bug-free.

It's good to hear positive comments from customers, customers usually don't comment but very few do and we appreciate it, here is one such email that hit our inbox appreciating the IS team and thought of sharing...
"Thanks for your time and as I said to Curt yesterday that I like the new Interprise team. Proactive, responsive and can actually talk, understand and resolve. Hope you guys keep it that way.

We like the positive energy from the new Interprise team, they are proactive and willing to hear your problems and fix them, trying to create a community of ERP users.
